You have pulled in the ego issue here. If both are willing to find a solution, anybody can take the initiative. The age factor does not matter.

quite interesting discussion...came upon this site through a search engine..
But i beg to differ from the editor. I feel that the generation gap does exist and can be traced to the behaviors of the people. Different generations have different tastes and preferences and they will always be there whatever you say. |

Returning to our topic of discussion again, i will again say that no two people are alike in their behavior on this planet and this would account for any kind of gap call it generation or call it by any other name. |
