Hi all!
We did discuss the after effects of space tourism on the environment and the pros and cons of venturing into space. Now after two months, a cilvilian went to the first ever successful space flight which was a mind-boggling experience according to him. Michael Melvill said that the view of the earth from 100 kms above was similar to a religious experience.
Don’t you feel it was a very risky adventure…we had discussed the effect on the environment, but this also poses danger to the daring few who aim to venture out in space…what is your gutfeel? |

I support space tourism...after all we have only one life to live...about it being risky, soevery other adventure and sport is...good that the civilians gathered courage to go into the space and enjoy it... |
